When it comes to your adjustment, we’ll use the techniques that are best suited to your condition and preferences. We typically use a hands-on technique called Diversified, though we also have Activator® instrument adjusting. A Thompson Drop table and a Flexion-Distraction table assist in your adjustment. Pettibon and Chiropractic BioPhysics® are two additional techniques we may use in your care.

As you get out of pain, we will do more active forms of therapy like home exercise instruction and soft tissue work. You’ll also complete rehabilitative, in-office exercises to augment the benefits of your adjustment and allow you to better maintain it.
